Additionally, this message announces the system access procedures. a. Background. The CPPA ADE Dashboard, hosted in the ADE is a valuable tool providing commanding officers and echelon commanders with the necessary visibility and transparency to monitor the effectiveness of their CPPA's as well as quickly identifying possible issues that may be causing delays in timely processing of personnel and pay entitlements for their assigned personnel. This Dashboard improves upon the functionality and capability of the previously released CPPA (eCRM) Dashboard that will sunset in 60 days. b. Purpose. This product is a centralized application to analyze and monitor transactions that their CPPA's are submitting to transaction service centers or the Travel Processing Center. c. Overview of the application. The following provides a brief overview of the CPPA Dashboard content and capability: 1. Listing of cases by age 2. Number of open and submitted cases 3. Number of closed cases 4. Bar graph showing cases by age with the ability to select a specific range 5. Bar graph showing cases by status with the ability to select a certain status 6. Afloat units that are still on the Integrated Shipboard Network Systems (ISNS) will not be able to access the dashboard; however, we are continuing to work on solutions in order to enhance afloat capabilities. 4. System access and technical guidance. Due to the level of controlled unclassified information (CUI) contained within the CPPA (ADE) Dashboard, requests for system access will be restricted to the command triad. Step 1: Navigate web browser to https://crdash.portalprod.ade.cloud.navy.mil/ Step 2: Click ok at the bottom left hand of the screen Step 3: Choose your Authentication Certificate and press ok Command Triad members should automatically have access. In the event a member of the triad is unable to access the dashboard follow these steps: Step 1. Submit the following information unencrypted to a monitored centralized mailbox: 1. Requestor's Full Name, 2. PRD, 3. UIC, 4. DODID number, and 5. Official email address. Step 2. Use the standardized subject line: "CUI Privacy Sensitive - CPPA Dashboard Request 'Requestor's Name, Command Name'" Example: CUI Privacy Sensitive - CPPA Dashboard Request Doe, Mary T. PO1, USS Sail. Step 3. Send all requests to: adeaccess.fct@navy.mil Note - Once access has been granted, My Navy Career Center will send an email to the requestor. 5. Unit Identification Code (UIC) Hierarchy. The Dashboard allows command triads to view their UIC as well as subordinate echelons. Commands must maintain their current UIC Hierarchy within the Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS) to ensure an accurate view of their organization. Contact your Billet Sequence Officer (BSO) to address updates/corrections to your UIC Hierarchy. 6. Assistance.
